Our company's history goes back to the formation of FiberChem in 1976 as a cellulose insulation

manufacturer. After selling FiberChem in 1989, our focus shifted to Advanced Fiber Technology

which was formed in 1988.

In the 1990's AFT's focus was technology, equipment, and systems associated with the dry state

processing of wastepaper into cellulose insulation, hydroseeding mulch, industrial fibers, and other

related applications.

AFT re-entered the manufacturing  arena in 2001, when we broke ground on a new 22,500 square-foot

facility. In 2004, we expanded by 9,000 square feet. In 2006, we added 20,000 more square feet.

Our new system incorporates the latest manufacturing techniques we have found to be successful

such as microprocessors checking several times a second to ensure proper fiber and additive ratios are

maintained on a gravimetric basis.

Our manufacturing product line includes cellulose insulation and industrial grade fibers. We remain active

with our equipment fabrication and system installations.

Our combination of manufacturing and system experience brings a unique solution to your needs whether

it is product or systems. And we have a small scale pilot line for R&D testing.
